Rakuten Viber has announced the expansion of Business Accounts, a suite of free tools for small businesses in Greece that allows them to enrich their online presence and interaction with their customers.
CREATING A BUSINESS PRESENCE
Public business profile: Businesses can create a business page with information such as name, logo, and category in public profiles that can be searched through the app
Product catalogue: entrepreneurs can showcase up to 50 products or services, including name, price, image, and description. Products will be directly shared in conversations and promoted through discounts. Customers can search for them and send questions by direct message to the business.
INCREASE SALES THROUGH PROMOTION
Recognition: Business accounts are tagged with a special label in 1:1 conversations, increasing visibility and recognition by their contacts and potential new customers. Business owners appear in Viber search results based on their business name, description, location and category
Profiles, QR codes, & links: Each business account has a profile that can be shared via links and QR codes.
New automated features:
- Businesses can manage interactions with customers with automated response tools
- Enhanced chat features: Businesses and customers have access to all 1:1 chat features, including message/conversation deletion, backup, forwarding and editing, and replies to specific messages. The business name is also displayed in the chat, so users know immediately that they are communicating with a business
- Business analytics: new data analytics features provide insights through metrics such as reach, subscriber growth, and average response time. This allows businesses to improve customer satisfaction and make data-driven decisions that will help them increase sales
