Premia Properties announced the completion of the transaction with Nordic Leisure Travel Group for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of "Sunwing Hotels Hellas Single Member S.A" for €112.500 million, following the announcement of the strategic cooperation between the two companies on August 1st.

According to the announcement, Sunwing Hotels directly and indirectly owns the 4-star and 534-key hotel "Sunwing Kallithea Beach" in Kallithea Rhodes and the 4-star and 262-key hotel "Sunwing Makrigialos & Ocean Beach Club" in Crete.

The initial annual rent will be paid from 1 January 2025, amounting to €8,5 million and subject to an annual adjustment linked to the Consumer Price Index.

In addition, Premia's strategic partnership with NLTG is strengthened by NLTG's participation in Premia's Share Capital through a Share Capital increase (7,628,000 new shares) and a transfer of Treasury Shares (1,563,177 shares) at a price of EUR 1.36 per share. In this way, NLTG's participation in Premia's share capital will amount to 9.66%.
