This is a development to be carried out by the Aura Residential consortium in the Little Athens neighbourhood, with the market value of the property estimated by Danos and Partners at €33.1 million.

According to the design, the project, which follows the Build-to-Rent (BTR) model, will be completed by the end of 2028 and will see the construction of four buildings, with the main use being residential.
