Jumbo Group announced an increase in total sales in November, despite the complex international and domestic economic environment and the challenges and uncertainties.

As highlighted in the announcement, the months-long and devastating military conflicts were joined by new factors of uncertainty, such as political instability in France and Germany that directly affect the European economy's interest and exchange rate movements and political developments in the United States and the European Union. The political developments in the United States that raise the spectre of trade tariffs from the distant past and the extremely difficult weather conditions that, at regular intervals, suddenly and violently affect different regions, making the daily life of retailers more difficult.
In this context, the positive market signals, in November as well as in October, lead the management to maintain its assessment that the target set for a 4% increase in sales for 2024 is achievable.

In the month of November, the Jumbo Group recorded an overall sales increase of approximately +7% compared to the same month last year. This performance maintained the group's sales growth rate during the 11 months of 2024 (January-November) at approximately +7%.

The announcement stresses the permanent commitment of Jumbo Group's management to provide accurate and timely information to shareholders and partners. The group's management will wait for the development of the figures in the festive month of December to finally assess the overall performance of this financial year.

In the current complex environment, the group's management has suspended its decision to publish its budget for the coming year. A first estimate for 2025 would be more credible to be given after the first quarter, where, it is hoped, the situation will become more interpretable.
