Yesterday, Wednesday, December 11th, the new corporate image and identity of the Athens Exchange Group were officially presented to the public in the presence of numerous representatives of the business community and the capital market ecosystem.

As stated in the announcement, the renewed corporate image draws inspiration from the long history of the Exchange, maintaining the historical link with the Mercury symbol and further utilizing the shape of its wings as a link between the long history of the institution and the future. The wings of Hermes also symbolize the dynamism and flexibility of the Athens Exchange and signify the positive change, rise and evolution of the institution.

The message of the broader evolution and transformation of Athens Exchange was conveyed in the speeches of both the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. George Hadjinicolaou, and Mr. Yiannos Kontopoulos, CEO of the Group, during yesterday's event.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. G. Hadjinicolaou, underlined, among others. Our new image highlights our group's commitment to adapt to today's significant challenges and successfully respond to the opportunities emerging in the global environment."

Highlighting the main axes of Athens Exchange's evolution over the last 3 years, Mr.: "The new identity of our group reflects the gradual transformation of our organization. It highlights the important steps we are taking towards modernization, extroversion and further growth. The official presentation of the new corporate image and identity was followed by a panel discussion on the topic "The Athens Stock Exchange as an exponent of the growth dynamics of the Greek economy." The discussion, moderated by the journalist Mr. Apostolos Mangiriadis, was attended by Mr. Alexis Patelis, Mr. Petros Tzannetakis, and Mr. Giannos Kontopoulos.
