Mega Brokers, an insurance brokerage firm, announced the acquisition of the Fidus portfolio.

According to the announcement, as of January 1, 2025, the two companies will operate as one while maintaining the same way of working together and supporting their partners, with no change in their daily processes. At the same time, Fidus partners will have access to Mega Brokers' services and tools.

As noted in the announcement, "MEGA Brokers, remaining true to its values, continues to invest in the development of its network and support for its partners, offering innovative solutions and new perspectives for mediation."
