
2024 is concluded in a positive way for AS Company, while the management sees the opening of the company in the Romanian market paying off—and more than enough—fruits. The decline in sales in the first half gave way to a strong second half, driven by strong sales growth (over 20%) in Romania.
The Christmas and New Year period has traditionally been a significant part of the company's turnover. So far, the figures show an increase in sales compared to the same period last year, which raises expectations for further strengthening of sales by the close of this year.
ΑCQUISITIONS
2025 will be a year of acquisitions for AS Company, which has already identified target companies. The aim is to increase geographical expansion as well as enrich its product range with a company that has a complementary portfolio to its own. The industry it is looking at is toy trading.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Another issue of concern for AS Company is the digital upgrade of existing operations. The company has invested in digital tools and platforms to enhance the operational efficiency of all its departments and upgrade its market presence.
CRETE
At the same time, and in 2025, the company is also turning its attention to real estate. It is interested in buying properties in Elounda, as well as in Matala Heraklion, which are potentially offered for tourist use. The aim is to diversify the portfolio and enter the tourism market, which is recording continuous growth.
SHAREHOLDER REWARD
Finally, high on the company's business plan for 2025 is to continue rewarding shareholders and enhancing their rewards. AS Company already approved yesterday the payment of a special cash distribution to shareholders, totalling €690,843.30. This trend is expected to continue in 2025.
