REDS is in the final phase of implementing the Cambas Project, which is reviving the historic Cambas winery in the Kandza area by illuminating its chimney. The lighting of the chimney was curated by artist Eleftheria Decaux.

THE PROJECT

The project will combine and integrate the promotion and exploitation of the historic property in an outdoor environment, accessible to the residents of Attica. 50% of the total area will be a contribution of land to the municipality of Pallini for shared public use.

The Cambas Project envisages the creation of an innovative office hub for Greek standards. REDS also intends to exploit the historical heritage of the estate by converting the winery into a wine museum.

RESTORATION OF LISTED BUILDINGS

The company is in the process of preparing the masterplan and developing studies for the restoration of the listed buildings (the Winery and Villa Kaba) for the final phase of the building permits. The restoration of the station house, which will serve as a cultural space, will start soon, a project which is already in the last stage of licensing with an implementation time of 6 months.
