Quest Group announces that Mr. Michael Chamaz has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the wholly owned subsidiary Uni Systems MAE.

Uni Systems, founded in 1964 by the late Konstantinos Doxiadis and acquired by Quest Group in 2007, is one of the largest IT companies in Greece, with sales of more than €200 million per year and 1,500 employees in six European countries. Its clients are large organisations, international companies and public bodies.

Michael Tsamaz thanked the leadership of Quest Group and said, "I was delighted to respond to the group's offer to take over the presidency of Uni Systems. During my many years of professional career, I was given the opportunity to evaluate the professionalism, reliability and capabilities of all Greek technology companies, as well as many European ones. In my opinion, Uni Systems is one of the leading IT companies in Greece and Europe, with an excellent past and a bright future.".

Mr. Ioannis Loumakis, CEO of the company, said. During his tenure as OTE's leader, Michael and I have competed and collaborated on many important IT projects, always with ethics, consistency and reliability. Uni Systems gains a president who will help it climb to the top tier of European IT companies."

Finally, Quest Group President Theodoros Fessas said: "Michael Tsamaz's partnership with Uni Systems adds significant value to the company and the group, given his successful professional career, knowledge and ethos.".
