
Belterra, a company of Ivan Savvidis' interests, on Monday and Tuesday made purchases of shares of the Thessaloniki Port Authority at prices above €27, which is the price offered by Leonidsport B.V., whose shareholders are the Louis-Dreyfus family, in its bid to acquire 21% of PPA.
According to a statement to the Athens Stock Exchange, it was disclosed that it acquired 1,000 shares on Monday at 27.1 euros and 7,700 shares on Tuesday at 27.16%.
As a result, it controls , directly or indirectly, a total of 7,309,143 shares and voting rights in the company, representing a total of 72.51% of the share capital.
It should be noted that the share of PPA has risen significantly above the €27 offered by LeonidsPort, as today it closed trading on the stock exchange at 28.20 euros.
