Lidl Greece increases the minimum wage to €1,050 for all employees

Lidl Greece's management is implementing new salary increases, setting a minimum gross salary for full-time employment at €1,050 for all its employees, starting from March 1, 2025, representing a 5% increase.

Specifically, it is establishing the minimum gross salary for full-time employment in logistics centers at €1,050 for single employees and €1,150 for married employees, as well as €1,100 for single employees and €1,200 for married employees in its stores.

Additionally, it is announcing wage increases and additional benefits totalling €5.5 million, aimed at enhancing the income of its team.

"As one of the largest employers in the country, it is our duty to provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that recognizes and rewards the efforts of our team.", stated Martin Brandenburger, CEO and Chairman of Lidl Greece.
