In 2024, EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) of the METLEN Energy & Metals group reached a historic high of €1.08 billion, up from €1.014 billion the previous year, as announced today by the publicly traded company.

Simultaneously, total revenue increased to €5.683 billion, compared to €5.492 billion in 2023, despite a significant decline in electricity and natural gas prices, as noted by the company.

Net earnings after minority interests amounted to €615 million, slightly down from €623 million in 2023. Correspondingly, earnings per share were reported at €4.46 compared to €4.51 in 2023.
