HRADF has announced the cancellation of the tender for the concession of the Port of Volos.

According to HRADF, the decision to cancel the tender was prompted by changes in circumstances following the devastation caused by the Severe Weather Daniel in 2023. Despite ΤhPA SA being designated as the preferred investor, HRADF determined that it was necessary to cancel the tender.

In an official statement, HRADF explained that the decision to cancel the bidding for the majority stake in the Port Authority of Volos was made with consideration of public interest and due to significant changes in the economic and technical parameters of the tender.
