OTE Group reported a slight decline of 2.7% in revenue for the fourth quarter of 2024, totaling €905.3 million, down from €930.2 million a year earlier. However, the company anticipates a revenue increase of 3.5% for the entire year, projecting total revenue of €3.59 billion for 2024.

Meanwhile, the Group's adjusted EBITDA (AL) amounted to €344.5 million, reflecting a 1% increase, with the adjusted EBITDA margin (AL) for the quarter rising to 38.1%, up from 36.7% in the fourth quarter of 2023.

For the year, adjusted EBITDA reached €1.347 billion, which is a 0.4% increase from 2023. The Group's operational earnings before financial and investment activities (EBIT) were reported at €115.3 million, marking a decrease of 35.4% compared to €178.5 million the previous year, primarily due to a 42.7% rise in depreciation from the impairment of the carrying value for TELEKOM ROMANIA MOBILE, which amounted to €89.8 million, recognized in the fourth quarter of 2024 as a result of the relevant impairment review.

For the year, the Group announced EBIT of €668 million, a reduction of 6.6% from 2023.
