Masdar's stake in TERNA ENERGY has reached approximately 97.31%, following the completion of a Take over Bid to acquire all shares at a price of €20 per share.

Specifically, Masdar acquired a total of 23,148,484 shares through the stock exchange, representing about 19.56% of the total share capital and voting rights of the company, at the offered consideration per share.

 It is important to note that the Public Offer was mandatory and its completion was not subject to any conditions.

According to the announcement, " the Offeror, upon completion of this transfer, will hold shares representing more than 90% of the total paid-up share capital and voting rights of the company."
