Alpha Bank has elected two new members to its Board of Directors following the resignation of Messrs. Spiros Filaretos and Efthymios Vidalis. Specifically, during its meeting held on February 27, 2025, the Board of Directors of Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. (the "Company") elected:

(i) Mr. Lazaros Papagaryfallou, the Deputy CEO, as an Executive Member, replacing the Executive Member Mr. Spiros Filaretos, and

(ii) Ms. Annalisa Areni as a Non-Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors, replacing the Non-Executive Member Mr. Efthymios Vidalis.
