Following the announcements made on July 15, 2024, August 27, 2024, and September 9, 2024, regarding ongoing legal actions related to the guaranteed liability of the primary debtor company, "ILIOS BIOINDUSTRY S.A.," we inform you that the Single-Member Court of First Instance of Athens (Interim Measures Procedure) has rejected the Application for Suspension of the execution of the payment order issued against it by the National Bank of Greece, deeming it inadmissible for procedural reasons (lack of jurisdiction of the court) and not on substantive grounds.
