Following publications about the strikes on Metro Line 4, AVAX Group issued a statement: A long-standing priority for AVAX Group, which has been associated in its history with the most important infrastructure projects of the country, is their timely, safe, and perfect completion, in this case the project of Line 4 of the Athens Metro, which is currently the largest public project implemented in Greece.

This is a project of high expertise and, particularly, high demands.

The company's obligations are strictly and literally observed, based on its commitment to the collective bodies in which it participates and as they result from the collective labour agreement, which is in force until next September.

With the safety of the workers in mind, the most stringent standards for projects of this scale are observed, without the slightest discount on the more than 2 million man-hours already completed in the implementation of this major project.
