The owners of The Cove Residences visited the Ellinikon construction site, which is in full swing, the largest urban redevelopment in Europe by Lamda Development, today in order to observe and be informed about the progress of the works on their future residences.

Haris Kirikos, project head of this project at Lamda Development, briefed the buyers on the progress of the construction and the milestones achieved to date. Cove Residences is on schedule to be delivered in the first half of 2026, as pointed out.

As announced, Cove Residences, which make up an organized complex of apartments and duplexes ideal for families, along with the Riviera Tower villas and apartments, sold out a few months after they went on sale on the market.

As Lamda Development CEO Odysseas Athanasiou said, speaking last week to the British SKY News channel, the property sales have already generated €700 million. Recently, around 500 additional and middle-income properties have come on the market with pre-sales going, he said, surprisingly well.
