Jumbo announced that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held yesterday, May 22nd, it was decided to pay a dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2023 of €1.00 per share before withholding tax, for a total amount of €136.059.759,00. 

From this amount, where applicable, the corresponding tax of 5% is withheld, and therefore the final dividend amount to be paid amounts to €0.95.

Payment of the dividend will start on July 16, 2024.

It is recalled that in March 2024, the company made an extraordinary cash distribution of EUR 0.60 per share. As a result, by July 2024, Jumbo will have paid its shareholders an amount of EUR 218 million. This amount corresponds to a dividend yield of approximately 5.8%.
