The Fourlis Group presented its new corporate identity and its vision for the future at a press conference.
As it says in a statement, the group, with respect to its history and its name as its main characteristic, has revitalized its symbols and redefined its values, purpose, and mission, always in line with the trends of the modern era.
Fourlis Group is today at the forefront of consumer durables trading groups in Greece. It also stands out consistently for its growing activity outside the country's borders, decisively growing its footprint in Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania, representing some of the biggest international brands such as IKEA, Intersport, and Holland & Barrett.
With solid foundations, rich corporate values, and people always at the centre, it remains an integral, efficient, transparent, ethical, and honest group in its relationships, creating value and offering conditions of well-being to all, with sustainable practices that protect the environment and return benefits to society.
Mr. Vassilis Fourlis, President of Fourlis Group, said: "We are a leading group with a rich history and a visible perspective. We remain on a trajectory of positive financial performance. We are steadily investing in our sustainable growth strategy, with people at the heart of every initiative. We have strong values and a clear objective: to create added value and deliver prosperity for all. We want to remain a force for positive change in people's lives."
After the challenges of the last few years, it is moving resolutely into the next day by developing a strong investment plan that includes new stores for all the brands it represents as well as modernization of existing stores in all its countries of operation.
Quality and excellent service remain the Fourlis Group's core values for responsible business with an ethical and environmental conscience. The "omnichannel" philosophy for the benefit of consumers and partners with personalised services through digital tools for analysing consumer behaviour data are key tools of its operation.
Dimitris Valachis, CEO of Fourlis Group, commented: "We are transforming and investing in our future growth. Our customer-centric strategy creates, above all, an excellent experience for every consumer. For this reason, we are upgrading our infrastructure, accelerating our digital transition, and expanding our group inside and outside Greece. And all this with a strong, green footprint."
Similarly, in the logistics services sector, it is moving forward with new investments and partnerships, the most important being the collaboration with InterIKEA for the creation of the new international DC in Greece, where Fourlis Group, through its subsidiary, Trade Logistics, will be responsible for the operational management of the new DC.
Trade Estates SA, a subsidiary of the Group, continues to generate significant value through its high-yielding and high-quality property portfolio. In the coming period, the opening of the Trade Estates development in Patras is expected to be launched, followed by another in Heraklion, Crete, and the Trade Estates development at The Ellinikon.
According to the group's strategic plan, between 2026 and 2027, sales will amount to €750 million. €750,000 per year.
