Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announced a slight decrease of the Greek Merchant Fleet in the month of March 2024, compared to March 2023, showed a decrease of 0.4%. 

A decrease of 0.7% was recorded in the corresponding comparison of March 2023 to March 2022.

At the same time, the Total Capacity of the Greek Merchant Fleet, of vessels of 100 GT and above, decreased by 3.5% in March 2024 compared to the corresponding capacity of March 2023.

A decrease of 4.7% was also recorded during the corresponding comparison of March 2023 to March 2022.
