Trastor is proceeding with the construction of a state-of-the-art commercial storage and distribution centre, with a total surface area of 74.766 sq.m., following the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the company "MILITIKOS KITIMATIKI MONOPROSOPI ANONYMPI HOLDING COMPANY", owner of two plots of land with a total surface area of 185.110 sq.m. in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

Under the pre-contract, Trastor made an advance payment of €12 million, which was fully financed by the AMC completed in January 2024. The total consideration for the purchase of the shares of the public limited company to be acquired will be equal to its net asset value (NAV), as determined at the closing of the transaction, in accordance with the specific terms of the preliminary agreement.

Construction of the property is targeting LEED-Gold certification and the project is in the process of receiving co-funding from the Recovery and Resilience Fund.

Mr. Tasos Kazinos, CEO of the company, on the occasion of the realization of the above agreement, made the following statement: "Today we are announcing with our strategic partner, Karpathios Development, the largest investment that has ever been made in the logistics sector, which concerns the acquisition of the largest autonomous distribution center in the whole country. The strategic location of the property, which ensures maximum synergy with the future development of the Thriasio freight terminal, as well as elements of standard construction specifications and storage volume (83,000 pallet spaces) make this property unique of its kind."

Following the final closing of the transaction, which is expected in the last quarter of 2025, Trastor will further consolidate its already leading position in the logistics sector, with a portfolio worth more than €216 million and a surface area of 240k sqm, 54% of which is certified to the international LEED sustainability standard and 80% of which is modern stock built in the last four years.
