Following a relevant decision of the Board of Directors of DIMAND on May 31, 2024, the proposals of the Vice President and CEO of the company, Mr. Dimitrios Andriopoulos, for the reorganization of the company's structures were approved, as follows:

Mr. Nikolaos-Ioannis Dimtsas, who previously held the position of General Manager of Investments and Asset Management, will create and assume the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Following this decision, the Board of Directors, at the same meeting of 31.05.2024, was reconstituted on the same day as follows:
