Winex Investments Limited's stake in Intrakat increased to 39.17% of the total voting rights, up from 37.75%, following the purchase of 2,277,566 shares of a total value of €11,729,464.90.

It is noted that Winex Investments is a related legal entity to Mr. Alexandros Exarchos, who is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Intrakat.
