Another partnership was announced by SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company, this time with Intracom Holdings, for the lease of a 55-room hotel that will open its doors in June 2024, renewed as Olvos Koufonisia. 

The renovated Olvos Koufonisia, located in Ano Koufonisi, just 90 meters from the beach, features 55 rooms and suites, an outdoor pool, lush gardens and a restaurant whose menu is signed by award-winning chef Giorgos Stylianoudakis.  

Sotiris Bakagiannis CEO of INTRACOM PROPERTIES, said: "INTRACOM HOLDINGS plans to develop a unique resort in the large Koufonissi with respect to the environment and emphasis on high-quality services. We have chosen SWOT Hospitality, one of the most specialized and up-and-coming Hotel Management companies, as a partner in this project, as we share the same vision for the upgrading of the hotel and the destination."

Olvos Koufonisia is a member of the Olvos Collection, which was created by SWOT Hospitality in 2020 and includes luxury boutique hotels in popular destinations such as Santorini, Mykonos and Porto Heli.
