No big risks for the buyers
There are no significant risks to the Athens Stock Exchange's reaction as buyers maintain a slight but consistent lead over sellers.

The Athens Stock Exchange continues to react without major risks, with buyers having a small but steady lead over sellers.

In this way, the Greek market is attempting to recover from the lows of the last 1.5 months, taking advantage of the improved sentiment abroad, where everyone is waiting for tomorrow's ECB meeting.

More specifically, in today's session, the General Index is up mildly by 0.54% to 1,432.42 points, gaining 7.5 points from Tuesday's close (1,424.69 points).

The arc of daily fluctuations extends to 10 points (from 1,425.12 to 1,435.65 points), with a turnover of 36 million euros, of which 4.4 million euros are pre-agreed packages.

The banking index is little changed, with the result that it is down -0.04% and 1,234 points, pending developments on the dividend issue.

Piraeus shares are up +0.31% and 3.60 euros, Alpha Bank shares are up +0.88% and 1.5535 euros, Eurobank shares are trading -0.69% and 2.016 euros, and National Bank shares are down -0.20% and 7.842 euros.

In the high-cap index (+0.68% and 3,464 points), OPAP shares climb 2.2% and return close to 15 euros. The shares of OTE, PPC, GEK Terna, Aegean, Jumbo, Helleniq Energy and Coca - Cola follow with gains of more than 1%. The share of Mytilineos, on the other hand, rises marginally to +0.1% and 36.6 euros. On the other hand, Quest's shares retracted by 1.5%, with Cenergy, Titan and Viohalco losing 0.5% each.

As for the mid-cap index (+0.66% and 2,330 points), Intralot shares stand out positively at +2.3% and 1.16 euros, with Intracom Holdings shares following at +1.4% and 3.6 euros. PPA and Premia, meanwhile, widen by 3% and 2%, respectively, while Kri Kri's shares are up by around 1.5%. On the flip side, shares of AVAX, Alumyl, and Dimand declined by 0.5% to 1%.
