The Athens Stock Exchange welcomed today representatives of the management, executives, and associates of Noval Property on the occasion of the commencement of trading of the company's shares on the Main Market. The CEO of the company, Mr. Panagiotis Kapetanakos, declared the opening of the meeting by ringing the traditional bell.

"The oversubscription of Noval Property's public offer is clear evidence of the confidence of the investing public in the company's strategic and investment growth plan. Noval Property currently has a modern real estate portfolio with high marketability and significant geographic diversification, which ranks it second among the existing real estate companies in Greece,"  noted, among others, the CEO of Athens Exchange Group, Mr. Giannos Kontopoulos, adding that "the Greek market is now moving dynamically by recognizing and rewarding companies that have strong growth prospects.".

For his part, the CEO of Noval Property, Mr. Panagiotis Kapetanakos, underlined, among others. We are proud that 87 Greek and foreign institutional investors and 4,752 Greek private investors, in addition to Viohalco and the EBRD, have trusted us and become shareholders. Despite the difficult circumstances for the listed real estate sector in Greece and internationally, the public offer was exceeded 2.3 times. And perhaps more significantly, both institutional and private investors oversubscribed it. A listing is the successful completion of a fund. It makes Noval Property even stronger as a company. At the same time, and more importantly, it is the start of a new challenge. I would like to assure our shareholders that we will continue, with careful steps, to work hard with a commitment to achieving the best possible returns."

Finally, in her address, the President of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ms. Vasiliki Lazarakou, stated: "I welcome the listing of Noval Property on the Stock Exchange. At a time when internationally the commercial real estate market is facing great challenges, Noval Property is passing through the gates of the SA by adding more depth to the market and with an investment plan to add value to shareholders. By listing on the SA, the Viohalco Group subsidiary is laying the foundation for better business performance for the benefit of the national economy as well."
