Noval Property publicly announced the binding agreement to lease to EY Hellas the office space of two of the four buildings in "The Grid" complex at a press conference held today at the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens. 'The Grid' is a major investment that Noval Property is implementing jointly with Brook Lane Capital. These premises are expected to be handed over to the tenant in 2025 for the necessary works, with relocation to commence in 2026.

For the construction of the project, The Grid, a company of Noval Property and Brook Lane Capital interests, has signed the financing of its investment project with Piraeus Bank under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0.". The total financing includes a long-term loan of up to €127 million, with the use of loan capital from the Recovery and Resilience Fund resources of €62 million.

More specifically, "The Grid" is located in Marousi, at the junction of Heimarra and Marousi-Chalandriou streets, in an area that has established itself as a business center and is being developed on an area of 16,100 sq m, which occupies an entire city block. The project, which is currently under construction, will have a total surface area of 61,500 sq m, of which 26,400 sq m will correspond to superstructure spaces and 35,100 sq m to underground spaces.
