Ekter has declared that it entered into a project agreement with the Holy Monastery of Monemvasia & Sparta on June 11, 2024.

The subject of the contract is the execution of the project "STAYROS NIARCHOS FOUNDATION (SNF) FOTIS KONTOGLOU SCHOOL OF ANAGRAPHY & SCHOOL OF BYZANTINE MUSIC" with a donation from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).

The contractual fee for the complete and completed work of delivery of the project for use amounts to €3.56 million (the fee is subject to VAT exemption, according to the case p.p. 1, Article 27 of the VAT Code), while the total period for completion of the contract scope is eighteen (18) months from the date of signing Installation Protocol.

After the signing of the above contract, the outstanding balance of the public and private works executed by Ekter (either solely or through its participation in consortia) amounts to €127.25 million.
