According to the company's president, Dimitris Andriopoulos, Dimand is getting ready to announce two new strategic partnerships, the first of which will go public by the end of June and the second in September.

He said that the two new strategic partnerships have "what we call transactions,"  meaning that they guarantee project implementation as investors with the necessary capital.

At the same time, Dimand is in negotiations with Greek institutional investors, with two major foreign investors in the development sector—but who have no presence in Greece—and with three large family offices for Minion, the spaces left in the Tower of Piraeus, and the EEDE building.

Mr. Andriopoulos mentioned the Piraeus Tower as an ongoing project, where 55%–60% of tenants have already signed agreements for the entire square meter. The restaurant and gym are expected to open by the end of June, while it is estimated that the tower will be fully operational by December.
