Lamda Development announced a strategic partnership with the Prokopiou Group by selling 2% of the company's shares. The cooperation concerns the development of an educational institution with an International Studies Program and further developments for residential and office space within the Hellenic project, with a total permitted building area of 86,000 sq m.

Lamda Development  in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that on June 14, 2024, it proceeded with the sale of treasury shares held by the company to Zerko in the interests of the family of Mr. George Prokopiou. This sale is part of a broader strategic partnership between the two parties, which includes the development of an educational institution with an International Studies Program and further developments for residential and office space within the Hellenikon project, with a total permitted building area of 86,000 sq. m. The deal is expected to be completed within the next month.

In particular, the company sold 3,534,734 treasury shares, representing 2.0% of the company's total shares and voting rights, at a sale price of €7.10 per share through an OTC (over-the-counter) transaction.
