Invests in two photovoltaic parks in Romania
Together with a Romanian company, Motor Oil is investing in two photovoltaic parks in Romania.

Motor Oil's renewable energy subsidiary MORE (Motor Oil Renewable Energy) is reportedly expanding its activities outside Greece.

According to profit.ro, Motor Oil through MORE, in collaboration with Alive Renewable Holding, has acquired two 86 MW photovoltaic projects that also have 18 MWh of energy storage capacity.

By the second half of 2025, the Romanian company will have implemented these projects.

As mentioned in this regard, Alive Renewable Holding Limited is an investment vehicle within the Premier Energy group, a vertically integrated player in SE Europe.

In Romania and Moldova, Premier Energy has over 1,000 MW of renewable energy projects, split equally between wind and PV projects.
