Lamda Development announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Lamda Riviera has completed the process for awarding the construction of the Riviera Galleria commercial destination to METKA a wholly owned subsidiary of Metlen Energy & Metals (formerly MYTILINEOS).
As noted, Riviera Galleria, which bears the signature of the leading, internationally renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma (Kengo Kuma and Associates) and was designed in collaboration with the Greek design firm BETAPLAN, has a total building area of approximately 23,000 sq m. The new commercial destination being developed within the Elliniko project will offer a rich shopping experience as well as excellent fine dining and entertainment options, attracting visitors from all over the world.
METKA will undertake the construction of the Riviera Galleria, which consists of 3 two-story buildings that make up a complex of commercial, service, and leisure facilities with underground utility spaces, a surrounding area, and outdoor parking spaces.
The estimated construction period is 26 months.
