Dolphin Capital Partners of Miltos Kampouridis announced that on June 17, 2024, a counterclaim was filed in Greece against DCI Advisors.

The counterclaim was filed by DCP, Miltos Kabouridis, and Michalis Tsirikos, who are seeking €12 million in damages from DCI for losses suffered as a result of the defamatory and false claim in Greece on April 19, 2024.

This counterclaim is in addition to DCP's claim of €10.25 million plus interest and costs filed in the High Court of England on April 6, 2023, for damages arising from DCI's unlawful termination of the 2021 investment management contract.

DCP has also instructed its lawyers in Greece to file the relevant claims and lawsuits against the directors of DCI, as well as the directors and officers of DCI's Greek subsidiaries, who are personally liable for the damages caused as a result of the various defamatory lawsuits filed in Greece by DCI.
