The administration of the First Health Region of Attica and EKTER have agreed on a project contract for the development of the implementation study and execution of the project, which includes the construction of the ICU and project coordination of the General Hospital "Laiko."

The contractual fee was set at a lump sum of €9,45 euros plus 24% VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope was set at eighteen (18) months from the signing of the contract.

After the signing of the above contract, the outstanding balance of the public and private works executed by EKTER (either solely or through its participation in consortia) amounts to €133.26 million.
