Quest announced an increase in its participation in the share capital of Intelli Solutions through its wholly owned subsidiary, Uni Systems MAE.

Under the agreement dated July 27, 2024, Uni Systems acquires an additional 30% of the share capital of Intelli Solutions, bringing its total shareholding in the company's share capital to 90%. The price of the agreement for the acquisition of 30% amounts to €4.8 million, while the total investment in Intelli has reached €10 million.

Intelli Solutions is an innovative IT services company with over 15 years of success in the market, many distinctions, and a presence in Greece and SE Europe. It specializes in providing digital transformation services, with a focus on customer engagement, customer onboarding and retention, and revenue assurance services. It has an extensive client base in industries such as telecommunications, banking and insurance, shipping, utilities, and online betting.

The advisory firm Sigma Catalyst Partners acted as financial advisor to the sellers in the planning and implementation of the transaction.
