The servicers Intrum and doValue will have an extension until the end of 2024 in order to renew their license and, thus, to operate in Greece, following the new requirements of the law.

Αccording to the Government Official Gazette, "The BoE allows the continuation of the operation of the company named "doValue Greece Joint Stock Company for Loan and Credit Claims Management" until December 31, 2024, in accordance with par. 3 of Article 40 of Law No. 5072/2023, as the information submitted does not show full compliance with the requirements of Part B of the law.". 

At the same time, the BoE decided to "continue the operation of the company under the name "INTRUM HELLAS S.A." until December 31, 2024, in accordance with par. 3 of Article 40 of Law No. 5072/2023, as the information submitted does not show full compliance with the requirements of Part B of the Law No. 5072/2023.".
