The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, a member company of the GrowthFund, announces that five (5) business entities have expressed interest in the framework of the public international tender for the development, operation, and maintenance of the business park at the "Spilies" location of the Municipality of Fili.

In particular, the following companies expressed interest (in alphabetical order):

The evaluation of the submitted expressions of interest and the pre-selection of the candidates who will proceed to Phase B, which consists of the competitive dialogue procedure and the submission of binding offers, will conclude Phase A of the tender.

The preferred investor will undertake, for a minimum of 35 years the financing, design, licensing, development, construction, operation, maintenance and long-term operation of the Municipality of Fili Business Park. 

The Strategic Procurement Facility (PPF) Unit of the Strategic Contracts Unit (SCU) of the Hellenic Investment Fund has matured and completed all tender procedures for the concession of the property to the selected investment scheme.

The Business Park, with a total area of approximately 437 hectares, will be a modern, green and innovative national transport and logistics center which will comprehensively and efficiently support the needs of the national freight transport market, while at the same time radically upgrading the area of West Attica, enhancing local development and creating new jobs both during the construction period and during the operating period.

The intended land use of the property includes the special use of tourist accommodation (hotels) for the proper operation of the Business Park.
