In accordance with the decision of the Credit and Insurance Committee, Quant Master Servicer Unipersonal S.A. announces that the Bank of Greece (BoE) has renewed its license.

The relicensing was completed following a thorough review of the submitted documents carried out by the Supervisory Authority. Quant is one of the service providers operating in Greece and completed the process within the stipulated deadline.

Quant carried out the required actions within the first quarter of 2024, with the active participation of the respective departments of the company, the guidance of the management, and the coordination of the regulatory compliance department.

During the six weeks available for the application, an analysis of new legal and regulatory requirements was conducted, the necessary documentation for licensing was gathered, existing policies and procedures were reviewed and new ones were drafted, and meetings with BoE officials took place.

The re-licensing further strengthens Quant's position in the service sector, confirming its strong internal policies and procedures in the areas of corporate governance, internal control systems, outsourcing, complaint management, cybersecurity, and information and communication technology.

The company will continue its smooth operation in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework established under the new Law 5072/2023 and Act of the BoE No. 225/30.1.2024, promoting transparency and efficiency in the management of the portfolios entrusted to it.
