Anthony Aouad is the new general management
Beginning in July 2024, Anthony Aouad will assume general management of Sanofi Hellas as well as the pharmaceutical business unit for Greece, Hungary, and Ukraine.

Anthony Aouad takes over the general management of Sanofi Greece and the pharmaceutical business unit for Greece, Hungary, and Ukraine in July 2024.

Anthony Aouad joined Sanofi in 2012, taking on a number of leadership roles in the finance department across the company's various countries of operation, including the role of CFO in Ukraine. In 2021, he settled in Greece in the role of Head of Digital Transformation and Market Insights for Central and Southern Europe. At the same time, in 2023, he took over the general management of the general medicine business unit for Greece, making a significant contribution to the modernization of the business unit and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. In addition to his rich professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has an academic background in both health sciences and finance, as he holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Paris, V. René Descartes, and a Master's degree in Finance and Business Consulting from HEC University Paris.

Anthony Aouad said on taking up his new responsibilities, "Our goal at Sanofi is to become the world's leading immunology company, and I am particularly grateful for the company's confidence in me towards achieving this common goal.
