As announced in two announcements of the listed company Kekrops, CEO Petros Souretis acquired 920,461 shares of the company in an OTC transaction, following a transfer from INTRADEVELOPMENT (a subsidiary of Intracom).
It is worth noting that in April, Kekrops denied the acquisition of the GEK Terna stake by Intracom Properties.
