Petros Petropoulos S.A. announced to the Stock Exchange that it had reached a deal to buy TEMMA SA's main business.

According to the listed company, TEMMA SA is a Greek company founded in 1961 that specializes in the manufacture of precision engineering components. It has high technological expertise and provides solutions and products to the defence, aviation, telecommunications, and power generation industries in Greece and abroad.

The transaction provides for the spin-off of this business of TEMMA SA to a newly established company, which will be acquired by the company for €2.35 million, is expected to be completed by the end of the year, and will not have a significant impact on the company's financials.

This transaction is in line with the group's expansion and presence in value-added activities in relation to technological developments in the sectors in which it operates.
