Entersoft announced that, according to the notification received from Unity on July 15, 2024, the transfer of the common shares of the company that were legally and validly offered to Entersoft during the period of acceptance of the mandatory public offer was completed on July 12, 2024.

After that, as stated in the announcement, Unity sent a request to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on July 15, 2024 to buy back the remaining 29,885,773 common nominal shares of Entersoft. This was 99.62% of the total number of common nominal shares and voting rights in the company.

In line with Articles 16 and 27 of Law 3461/2006, the Public Limited Company called "ENTERSOFT S.A. PRODUCTION AND TRADING COMPANY FOR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES" (hereafter just "the Company") tells investors that the transfer of the common nominal shares of the Company that were legally and validly offered to the Company during the period of acceptance of the mandatory public offer was completed on July 12, 2024. This is in response to the request of the limited liability company called "UNIION HOLDING COMPANY MONOPROOPI ANONYMOUS COMPANY" on July 15, 2024. Following this, the limited liability company under the name "UNITY HOLDING COMPANY MONOPROSOPI ANONYMOUS COMPANY,"  now holding 29,885,773 common nominal shares of the company as of July 12, 2024, representing 99.62% of the total number of common nominal shares and voting rights of the company, submitted on July 15, 2024, to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission the attached request for the redemption of the remaining common nominal shares of the company in accordance with Article 27 of Law 3461/2006 and the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission No. 1/644/22.04.2013.
