Athens Μedical Group denied the information that referred to an imminent public offer by its shareholders, in response to a question from the Capital Market Commission.

As stated by the Group, there is no relevant information from its main shareholders about an imminent public proposal on their part, and therefore the relevant publications of the electronic press are refuted.

In compliance with its obligations under applicable law, Athens Medical Group assures that when an event occurs, the disclosure of which is reasonably expected to affect the market for its shares, the company makes the disclosure itself in a responsible manner.
