The shares of the company "SOFTWeb: Adaptive I.T. Solutions Anonimos Company" will be included on the board of the Alternative Market of the Athens Exchange from tomorrow.

In particular, on July 23, 2024, the trading of all 5.130.000 common nominal shares of the company, with a nominal value of €0,12 each, will commence in the general trading category of the Alternative Market, EN.A. PLUS, of the Athens Exchange. 

On July 22, 2024, the Listing and Market Operations Committee of the Athens Exchange approved the inclusion of the company's shares in EN.A. PLUS. 

EN.A.'s advisor for the inclusion of the company's shares in EN.A. PLUS of the Athens Exchange is "Koubaras Ltd."

The trading code of the share is SOFTWEB, with Latin and Greek fonts.  The opening trading price of the company's shares is €0.86 per share. 

The shares will have been credited to the shares and securities accounts of the eligible shareholders in the Intangible Securities System (SSS) prior to the start of trading.
