Eurobank Asset Management, a 100% subsidiary of Eurobank, and Eurizon, the asset management company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which sets the basis for their entry into the Greek market.
As the relevant announcement states, the upcoming cooperation will provide the parties with the impetus to benefit from significant growth opportunities, leveraging Eurobank's network, the dynamics of Eurobank Asset Management, and Eurizon's experience in advisory support and innovative product development.
Eurobank's General Manager & Head of Wealth Management, Mr. Theofanis Mylonas, said: "The strategically important new alliance with Eurizon underlines the Group's commitment to expanding its activities in the asset management segment.
