Kloukinas-Lappas announced that it has signed a purchase and sale agreement with Violetta Lappa for the acquisition of 40% of Wonder Nest Retail for €2 million. It should be noted that the sale of 60% of the shares to Intracom for €3 million has already been approved.

As stated in the announcement, 'I. KLOUKINAS - I. LAPPAS TECHNIKI AND TRADE COMPANY" (D.O.B. "KLM S.A.", hereinafter referred to as the "Company" / G.E.M. No. 002052601000), informs the investing public that, following the receipt of all necessary approvals, a contract has been signed between the Company and Mrs. Violetta Lappa of Ioannis, for the transfer of two million four hundred and forty-seven thousand forty-seven thousand one hundred and forty-six (2,447,146) common, registered voting shares of the 100% subsidiary of KLM S.A., company under the name "WONDER NEST RETAIL Unipersonal Company" (GEMI 177536201000 - VAT 996478229), corresponding to 40 % of the fully paid-up share capital of WONDER NEST RETAIL, for a total price of two million euros (€2. 000,000.000.00), or eighty-two cents per share, (€ 0.82). At the same time, the signing of the Agreement completed the aforementioned transaction (financial closing), with the payment to the Company of the amount of €2million.
