The government's attention remains focused on the front of price tightening, Kyriakos Mitsotakis told the President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, at the beginning of their meeting, assuring that controls continue throughout the supply chain.
The Prime Minister said the government is ready to intervene in the electricity market whenever distortions are observed, while on issues related to water management, he noted that more structural interventions will be needed and the government will soon make additional announcements.
Regarding issues related to health, the prime minister said that "in consultation between the ministry and the medical associations, there was an agreement on a voluntary offer of private doctors", noting that it is a temporary solution and that the provision "will not need to be activated".
