Orilina Properties has signed two private agreements for an advance payment received for the sale of a maisonette and an apartment in the residential complex under development, "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma,"  for a total price of €11,9 million.

As the company notes, the number of pre-bookings amounted to 5 residences, out of a total of 20 available for sale by Orilina in its bioclimatic complex.

The announcement of Orilina Properties: Orilina Properties announces that the company has made the collection of advances based on the signing of two private advance agreements. The first Private Advance Agreement relates to the sale of a future apartment in Wing C and the second one relates to the sale of a future maisonette in Wing B of the "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma" residential complex under development. The price of the two sales was agreed at €5,195,654 and €6,721,470, respectively. Following the respective agreements, the number of pre-bookings amounted to 5 residences, out of a total of 20 available for sale in the Company's bioclimatic complex.
